Managing Director (a) 100% at the new Nooch Wetzikon

Your tasks:

• Recruiting, introducing, training, and coaching employees
• Planning employee deployments including time tracking
• Meeting quarterly targets
• Performing daily and monthly closings including monthly inventory
• Managing the operation according to our business policy principles and guidelines

Your profile:

• Completed hotel management school / federally certified operations manager* or completed apprenticeship in gastronomy / hotel industry with corresponding professional experience
• Host/hostess with passion
• Ambitions for personal and professional development
• Organizational talent and high social competence
• Good oral and written German skills
• Good PC user skills
