Job Description

As Senior Product Manager Sustainability, you shape the professional development of IAZI's sustainability-related software solutions. You operate at the interface between market, customers, data, regulation, and technology: you recognize market needs early, translate customer requirements into clear specifications, and ensure that functional, marketable products are created. You combine sustainability expertise with product thinking to strategically advance IAZI's ESG product portfolio.

Specifically, you will work on the following topics:

• Further development of the product range and roadmap in the area of Sustainability
• Collection and structuring of requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Creation of clear, actionable specifications
• Close collaboration with IT and analytics departments during implementation
• Testing and professional acceptance of the developed services
• Direct exchange with customers and support in workshops

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in product management (at least 6 years), ideally in Sustainability, ESG, real estate, or FinTech
• Solid understanding of sustainability standards, CO₂ models, and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to clearly structure and communicate complex content
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Confident demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills as well as fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
• University degree in a relevant field
• High intrinsic motivation to actively drive the transition to sustainable real estate
