Napapijri is looking for an exceptional Digital Marketplace Coordinator to join our Digital Strategic Account team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
You as a Digital Marketplace Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end catalogue onboarding and maintenance process for some of our primary Digital Marketplaces (Zalando, Aboutyou, Veepee). You will also be supporting sales campaign order entry management and off-price deals execution.
You will be fundamental in getting Napapijri products available to sell on external platforms in timely manner, actively overseeing sample and imagery flows as well as identifying optimisation opportunities. You will make the difference by working closely with internal and external partners, building strong business relationships.
Furthermore, in this role you will be key supporting Napapijri HQ salesforce during sales campaign through sales order entry, materials preparation and ad hoc reporting. Finally, you will also support Digital off-price business execution from operational activities to order management.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:

Holistically manage the assortments onboarding process throughout the entire lifecycle of products (onboarding, offboarding, seasonal retagging, etc.)

Overseeing the sample and imagery process for Digital Accounts across both concession and wholesale model

Optimize the assortments visibility across different Marketplace platforms.

Build a strong and close collaboration with all relevant counterparts/stakeholders within the organization as well as external stakeholders to enable a fast and smooth product onboarding flow to maximize the inventory window.

Improve existing processes, tools, reporting and implement new ones in support of the day-to-day business.

Napapijri HQ Sales team support during sales campaign. From reporting to order entry management

Support on off price business management, from stocklist generation to shipments execution
Skills for Success
You should be comfortable prioritizing your own workload, detailed oriented and have a passion for optimization, with:
-
Analytical and commercial mindset, great attention to detail.
-
Strong MS Office proficiency (especially MS Excel), familiarity with BI systems is a plus (IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects).

Strong organisational skills, proactive attitude, ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.

2-3 year experience in digital operations, business analysis, planning or sales support roles would be preferrable.
A formal education and subsequent University bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management or engineering are nice to have, but we are most interested in your overall experience, professional achievements and motivation.
