This position is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Geneva.
Your role
Initially, you will be responsible for:
• Equity research role, with primary responsibility for the Technology sector.
• Performing model maintenance for most rated names within the Technology sector.
• Carrying out research on extended Tech universe.
• Broadening coverage on yours and team’s initiative to enhance market insight.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for:
• Taking over coverage of some rated Tech names under coverage and invested in a Technology portfolio.
• Making stock recommendations to internal clients.
• Contributing to the construction and management of a Tech portfolio and participating in marketing activities as required.
Your profile
• A University degree in a relevant field; CFA/CAIA certification would be a plus.
• Three to five years’ experience in equity research, buy side or sell side, in the Technology sector.
• Experience gained in an English-speaking country preferred.
• English spoken and written to native standard. Excellent command of French.
• Fully proficient with Bloomberg (including terminal and Excel API), Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in VBA.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Excellent quantitative (not quant) abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent minded, self-starter with an intuitive approach and results-oriented mindset, while being able to work effectively as a team player with respect for other team members.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines.
