- Completed vocational training and successful initial experiences in the client consulting sector (Banking, insurance, sales)
- Taste for dialogue and human relations, client acquisition, and client follow-up
- Results-oriented personality and high-quality customer service
- Determination and autonomy, ability to adapt quickly to change and familiarize with new areas
- Sense of contact and desire to develop your network
- Fluency in French and German both orally and in writing, any other language is an advantage
- Proficiency with common computer systems as well as in learning new digital tools
- Your place of residence is Bienne or nearby, and you are well established in the region
