Your Area of Responsibility

• You take over the operational management and overall responsibility for the areas of printing, enveloping, special processing, planning & logistics, as well as service management at the site. We rely on your expertise and give you the necessary freedom to structure your workday independently. 
• You are the architect of our processes: Bring in your ideas and implement them directly – your work has an impact, right on site and immediately noticeable for our customers and your team. 
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant service delivery 
• Responsibility for compliance with customer agreements (SLA) as well as internal
  quality standards 
• Creation, monitoring, and adherence to the cost budget 
• Ensuring economical utilization of machines, equipment, and personnel 
• Responsibility for the lifecycle of production systems including value preservation, replacement, and new investments 
• Optimization of processes, throughput times, and production key figures 
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines, and standards 
• Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety (ASI) 
• Compliance with data and physical security requirements as well as the destruction of sensitive printed materials 
• Professional and personnel management of subordinate team leaders including target agreements and employee discussions 
• Ensuring training and further education within the area of responsibility 
• Active participation in projects, feasibility studies, and technical developments 
• For you, cooperation is the focus – you promote mutual support and create an environment where performance and collaboration go hand in hand 

Your Profile

• Completed technical or business education with corresponding
  further training 
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in a production-related environment 
• Sound knowledge in production control, budget responsibility, and investment planning 
• Experience in leading managers 
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style 
• High quality, safety, and cost awareness 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage 
• A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required
