We are an initiative, modern, and future-oriented logistics company headquartered in Schachen/LU. Thanks to our motivated staff and high service quality, we are on an expansion course!
In our newly built logistics center in Lucerne, we offer a versatile deployment on around 30,000 m2 for managing our manual warehouses as well as the automatic high-bay and container warehouses.
To strengthen our team in Lucerne, we are looking for a Deputy Group Leader Intralogistics (a) immediately or by arrangement.
Area of responsibility
- Leadership and motivation of the team in the absence of the group leader
- Personnel responsibility and personnel planning in the absence of the group leader
- Versatile deployment within intralogistics from goods receipt to goods issue
- Management of manual warehouses as well as the automatic high-bay warehouse and the automatic small parts warehouse
- Compliance with quality and quantity requirements as well as customer specifications
- Inventory and general VAS activities
- Operation of aisle trucks (tow and reach trucks) and cleaning machines (dry and wet cleaning machines)
- Order and cleanliness in the warehouse, on equipment and aids
Requirements profile
- Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ, training as a logistics professional is an advantage
- Leadership experience (advantageous)
- Strong quality awareness combined with high efficiency
- Very good handling of all forklift types in categories R and S
- Willingness to work in staggered time windows between 05:00 and 22:00
- Team player with a strong service character
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
