As part of the development of the "Human Resources" activity area, we are offering a position of
HR Partner
Your mission
Ensure the development and maintenance of a close partnership between HR, management, and all staff.
Support, advise, and assist managers throughout the employee lifecycle in human resource management, ensuring compliance with laws, statutes, and current HR policies. Ensure uniformity and fairness in employee treatment and apply best HR practices within the organization. Enable activity areas to have the optimal organization of their service as well as competent and committed employees to contribute to the company's success.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle in collaboration with HR managers (recruitment, training, internal mobility, absence monitoring, departures, etc.),
- Develop and lead recruitment plans within your scope and conduct the recruitment process in collaboration with the relevant teams,
- Advise and support managers in team management, structural changes in their organizations, while respecting service needs, strategy, and internal coherence,
- Monitor and track workforce evolution and various existing indicators, participate in their development and analysis if necessary; update monitoring dashboards,
- Within the framework of the Quality of Work Life policy, support managers in monitoring absences and difficult situations,
- Ensure adequate coordination within HR with the various internal work teams in a spirit of cooperation and service orientation.
Your profile
- Federal diploma as a Human Resources specialist required or other higher education related to HR,
- Additional training desired in labor law and/or coaching and/or social insurance,
- At least 8 years of professional experience related to human resource management within a public or private company,
- At least 5 years of proven expertise in HR consulting,
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with qualities of listening and dialogue, proactive attitude,
- Sense of responsibility and initiative, as well as decisiveness,
- Organizational skills, autonomy, rigor, and good stress resistance,
- Empathy, ethics, team spirit, and cooperation,
- Very good knowledge of HR policies, statutes, processes, and regulations (with at least one particular area of expertise).
