You are passionate about complex buildings and infrastructures, innovative technology, and have drive and fresh ideas? Then take on a key role as the manager of our new site in Lucerne.

Willers is an established Swiss family business that combines tradition and innovation. Your role:
You will build up our new location in Lucerne and actively shape the future of our company. When selecting your employees, you will work closely with HR to form a strong and motivated team that shares our vision. You will develop customer relationships, win new projects, and lead technical undertakings from planning to implementation. You will have plenty of freedom for your own ideas – and can count on supportive exchange with management.
What you bring:

Education and qualifications: Successfully completed studies as an engineer at university/FH in the field of HVAC/E as well as further training in management and leadership (MBA or similar).

Experience: You bring at least five years of experience in managing demanding projects, ideally in one of our strategic core areas: energy centers, data centers, workspace, life science, or health care. In addition, you have solid knowledge in acquisition as well as leadership experience.

Personality: You have a growth mindset, act entrepreneurially, and communicate at eye level – clearly, convincingly, and with sensitivity. You succeed in inspiring people – whether in the team or with customers. Thanks to your broad network in Lucerne and the surrounding area, you are also well anchored in the region.

Languages: Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills or the willingness to improve them are a plus.
