- you process and answer incoming customer inquiries in the CRM and ticket system
- you clarify concerns regarding subscriptions, newspaper deliveries, digital services, invoices, and general questions
- you ensure friendly, precise, and customer-oriented communication
- you document all cases cleanly, comprehensibly, and structured in the system
- you work closely with 1st and 2nd level support to ensure efficient solutions
- you support the optimization of our customer service processes
and actively contribute to high service quality and customer satisfaction
You will succeed here if
- you have experience in customer service or written customer communication and possess strong writing skills
- you are a motivated, likeable, and team-oriented personality characterized by high commitment, flexibility, and quick comprehension
- you are confident in handling ticket and CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage)
- you work in a structured, independent, and quality-conscious manner
- you remain efficient and solution-oriented even with a high volume of inquiries
- you can document cases clearly and comprehensibly
- you ideally have basic knowledge of subscription processes
