Our 11-member team is responsible for the individual advice and support of affluent private clients in the Zurich Oerlikon region. Together with the Regensdorf and Schwamendingen branches, we form a branch group in the Winterthur-Unterland-Limmattal market area.

Your Tasks

Support and develop existing private clients
Explore customer needs including individual wishes, goals, and life situations – if necessary in collaboration with internal specialists
Achieve long-term trust building and asset preservation in the context of generational change
Sell standardized products and services in the areas of payment transactions, investments, pensions, and real estate financing
Perform demanding representation tasks and participate in customer events
Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in financing, investing, or pensions
Participate and contribute to internal projects

Your Profile

Banking training or equivalent education
Completed or ongoing further education e.g. FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance etc.
Experience in serving affluent private clients is an advantage
Affinity and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the consulting process
You score with your teamwork skills, openness, and willingness to change
Your empathetic, authentic, and emotional manner leads to an emotional customer experience in all life situations
