The Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Office Prättigau/Davos is looking for a

Clerk Office / Bailiff (100%)

starting August 1, 2026 or by arrangement

Workplace: Davos Platz

You can expect a varied and responsible job in a small team.

Your tasks together with the team:

• Independent processing and decision-making in the execution of debt enforcement in the introductory procedure
• Preparation of oral and written debt enforcement information
• Participation in telephone and counter service and associated cash handling
• Processing incoming continuation and realization requests
• Execution of seizures, assistance with retentions and arrests in internal and external service
• Preparation of seizure certificates and issuance of loss certificates
• Management and administration of wage garnishment control
• Preparation of collation plans / property management in real estate realizations
• Participation in forced auctions
• Delivery of debt enforcement documents

Your profile:

• Commercial or equivalent basic training
• Enjoyment of direct contact with debtors and creditors
• Experience in debt enforcement and bankruptcy advantageous, willingness to continue education
• Good IT user skills
• Confident German language skills (spoken foreign languages advantageous)
• Great empathy, assertiveness, resilience and confident appearance
• Responsible, independent and precise working style
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
