Team Leader Sushi (a) 100%

Your versatile tasks:

• Introduction and support of kitchen staff – together we are strong! 👨‍🍳

• Compliance with the hygiene concept according to HACCP standards – cleanliness is key! 🧼

• Preparation of mise en place for lunch and dinner service – for a smooth process! 🍽️

• Support in ordering the food offer according to internal guidelines – quality counts! 📦

• Management of the kitchen according to business policy principles and guidelines in the absence of the supervising person – taking responsibility! 💪

Your talents & experience:

• Several years of professional experience in the kitchen 👩‍🍳

• Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience – teamwork starts with you! 🌟

• Good German skills to ensure smooth communication within the team and with guests! 🗣️

• A clean, efficient, and precise way of working – precision is your strength! 🔪

• Passion for cooking and eagerness to learn new things – with heart and soul! 🔥
