The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You accompany and care for our residents of the protected residential group with heart, expertise, and an eye for their individual needs.
- You take on daily responsibility and ensure that everything is well coordinated in everyday care.
- You carefully and transparently maintain the care documentation.
- You work closely with your team and contribute to a respectful coexistence.
- You bring in your ideas and support the further development of our care quality and processes.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and have experience in long-term care or gerontopsychiatry.
- You meet people with empathy, openness, and respect – and keep a clear head even in demanding situations.
- You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
- You work independently and solution-oriented, take responsibility, and act proactively.
- You are a true team player and are committed to a supportive, trusting cooperation.
