This is your task
At Wiesenhaus, we offer eight places for people with special intensive care needs. As a FaGe/FaBe in the night shift, you take care of the care, safety, and well-being of these eight residents. With your calm manner, you can handle challenging behavior well while meeting the demanding needs. The night shifts at Wiesenhaus are always managed in pairs, so you can always rely on another team member.
