We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a

Head of Private Customer Services 80-100 % (a)

Your main tasks.

• Professional responsibility in the area of inpatient and outpatient treatment costs
• Leadership and development of the team of 7 people
• Implementation, further development and digitalisation of work tools, processes and service management
• Examination of benefit claims and support of the team with complex issues
• Ensuring service quality and timely case processing
• Initiating and conducting projects and working groups
• Telephone advice and coordination as well as correspondence with customers and service providers
• Close cooperation and coordination with internal and external interfaces
• Internal training officer

Your profile.

• Commercial or medical basic training
• Several years of experience in claims processing in health insurance
• Leadership experience in a comparable function
• Good IT user skills (Syrius, MS Office, etc.)
• Independent and precise working style and willingness to take responsibility
• Networked thinking ability and high decision-making enthusiasm
• Implementation-strong personality
• Customer- and service-oriented personality
