About the job

In this capacity, we wish to welcome a LEGAL COUNSEL to assist our Head of Legal & Compliance.

. Assist the Head of Legal & Compliance by delegation.

. Drafting, negotiating, and validating complex contracts (corporate contracts, industrial machine sales, services) under the supervision of the Head of Legal & Compliance.

. Knowledge of international contracts, litigation (Swiss and non-Swiss), and public tender procedures (EU & non-EU).

. Business law advice.

. Monitoring corporate law and formalities, Swiss (RC) and non-Swiss.

. Participation in the implementation of the compliance policy for the company and its subsidiaries.

. Analysis of legislation outside Switzerland on a case-by-case basis, with or without local advice.

. Legal monitoring as needed.

. Master’s degree in International Business Law or equivalent

. Minimum 3 years of experience in complex industry (defense, aerospace, nuclear…)

. Level C1 in French and English

. Ability to travel sporadically abroad (mainly in Europe)
