We are an independent church community with almost 3,000 members in the Witikon district of the city of Zurich. To further develop our church grounds with a future-oriented approach and thus offer diverse uses for our community and the district in the long term, a structural development vision was defined within the framework of a study assignment and a planning partner was successfully appointed.
Tasks:
- Support and coordination of the project planning and construction process from the owner and user perspective
- Collaboration in the project management team together with the client representation and the general planner
- Further development of the operational concept for future uses together with internal and external user groups
- Representation of the interests of the church community
- Active assumption of the interface function between the building commission, the various user groups, the employees, and the internal working groups involved in the construction
Your profile:
- Competencies in operational organization and project management
- Experience in managing complex projects with many stakeholders
- Experience in accompanying construction projects is desirable
- Familiarity with church structures and identification with the Witikon church community
- Ability to involve different groups and participatively engage volunteers
- Communication skills and solution-oriented conflict management
