Event Organization Team Member
A workplace in the Basel region. Bad Bubendorf with its 53 rooms, three different restaurants, spacious banquet & seminar rooms for 10 to 150 people, as well as smaller catering events, is looking for a new team member in event organization by arrangement. The dream location offers space for everyone. We look forward to your application.
You provide this
- Event sales with a focus on seminars (rooms and hotel rooms)
- Creating seminar organization plans
- Check-in / check-out and support of seminar guests
- Maintaining personal contact with speakers and organizers
- Booking and controlling seminar services
- Issuing invoices
You fulfill this
- Completed commercial training is an advantage
- Experience in a similar role and/or in gastronomy/hospitality
- Confident German skills (spoken and written), English skills are an advantage
- Warm, guest-oriented sales and organizational talent
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
- IT affinity and good computer skills
- Enjoyment of weekend shifts and varying working hours
