About the Position
At our BiMOS Backend plant in Lenzburg, we manufacture efficient and high-quality power semiconductors for use in motor controls and inverter systems. In doing so, we make a decisive contribution to making industry, public, and individual transport more energy-efficient, and on the other hand, our technology enables the production and transportation of renewable energies from the production site to the consumer.

What You Can Achieve
Main operator of the control systems to ensure production operations (Manufacturing Execution System, Equipment Connectivity System, ERP)
Control and monitor the order progress during the production process in coordination with shift and production management and functional interfaces
Perform the necessary supporting tasks (e.g., operation of SelectionTool) to ensure operational implementation
Independent analysis and troubleshooting of system errors and active comprehensive resolution of systemic consequential damages as well as escalation in case of higher-level system errors.
Correct deviations in inventory management and systemic resource availability
Optimization and improvement of process flows in collaboration with engineering
Ensure comprehensive communication and documentation of work to secure throughput and delivery results
Your Background
Completed technical apprenticeship/training. Technical further education (HF/TS/FH) as a process specialist or in business processes is an advantage
High understanding of systemic relationships and competence to solve problems purposefully.
Confident handling of computer-aided manufacturing systems as well as basic knowledge in the use of SAP is an advantage
Good communication skills and social competence as well as the ability to communicate effectively across different competence levels
Willingness to work in continuous operation (including Saturday & Sunday)
Fluent German (at least C1), knowledge of English (B1)
