Field of activity
Drafting and reviewing legal texts in collaboration with the various units of the University, particularly in the area of legislation and contracts
Drafting decisions for the University’s internal appeals commission and the Rectorate
Legal advice, information, and expertise for the attention of the Senate, the Rectorate, the services, and the faculties of the University
Legal support to the faculties and services of the University
Participation in disciplinary procedures
Legal research in various areas of law
Requirements
Master's or bachelor's degree in law with good knowledge of administrative law
Native German speaker with good knowledge of French (written and oral)
Professional experience of a few years desired, preferably in the field of higher education or administration
Excellent ability to draft legal texts
Aptitude for cooperation, flexibility, and solution-oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
Language requirements
French and/or German
with good knowledge of the other language
