Your Area of Responsibility
- Care of our residents as well as support for their relatives in our dementia living group in collaboration with the assistant staff
- Consultation and support on professional topics in all living groups
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of high-quality care and its further development
- Supervision of trainees and students
- Participation in working groups and projects – ideas and input are welcome
Your Competencies
- Nurse HF/FH or comparable qualifications
- Knowledge of RAI as well as experience in kinaesthetics and validation or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Interest in taking on responsibility
- Empathetic and motivated personality who cares about the care and support of elderly people with dementia

About Us
The Spitäler fmi AG with over 1,600 employees includes the two hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the health center in Meiringen, the senior centers in Frutigen and Interlaken, the walk-in clinic as well as various practices.
The Seniorenpark Weissenau of Spitäler fmi AG sees itself as a competence center for the care and support of elderly people who can no longer live at home due to the severity and impairment of their health condition. The institution offers a home to 75 residents, of which 12 places are specifically designated for people with dementia.
