You can make an impact
- You take operational responsibility for the Pharmacy Network Team in Western Switzerland and Ticino
- You support our key partners in the pharmacy market and develop them purposefully with your team
- You are responsible for expanding the network and acquisition
- You work closely with internal interfaces and the Pharmacy Network Team of German-speaking Switzerland and strengthen cross-departmental collaboration
- You lead your team with foresight, motivation, and a strong focus on development
- You analyze market trends and pharmacy needs and derive concrete measures from them
What you bring with you
- You have training as a druggist, pharmacist, or an equivalent qualification with business management understanding
- You know the pharmacy market in Western Switzerland and Ticino
- You have solid experience in leading a field service, ideally in the health or pharmacy sector
- You bring leadership experience and convince with pronounced communication skills and negotiation competence
- You are a skilled networker and know how to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
- You communicate confidently in French and German – knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- You think analytically, work structured, and approach tasks with initiative and energy
