About the job
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily financial operations
- Responsibility for managing the general ledger as well as subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting)
- Ensuring efficient dunning and collection processes
- Managing asset accounting and supporting the planning and execution of investment projects
- Preparation of periodic financial statements according to group guidelines, SWISS GAAP FER, and the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), including comprehensive reporting
- Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations
- Analysis and preparation of relevant financial key figures
- Participation in budget preparation and medium-term planning
- Involvement in projects for digitalization and process optimization in the finance area
- Deputizing for the Head of Finance
- Completed commercial training and advanced education in finance or fiduciary services (e.g., federal specialist certificate or in training for it)
- Several years of experience in finance and accounting
- Comprehensive knowledge in preparing financial statements according to SWISS GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- Very good skills in using ERP systems and Excel
- Independent, precise, and service-oriented working style
- Team player with high personal responsibility and commitment
- Affinity for IT topics and digital tools
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
