How your everyday life is shaped
- People with dementia with varying care needs live with us in a manageable care living group
- You competently and reliably carry out basic and treatment care, evaluate feasibility and effect, and document comprehensibly with our digital tools
- Care is an integral part of your work
- Within your area of responsibility, you make decisions independently and act accordingly
- You involve relatives of our residents in your primary care
- You document observations and changes with our digital tools
- You are committed to the further development of Thurvita in internal working groups

- EFZ recognized in Switzerland as a Health Specialist or equivalent training with SRK recognition
