- Be the first point of contact for customer reception.
- Manage visitor access and meeting room bookings.
- Perform administrative tasks and emergency coordination.
Skills
- Fluent in French with good German skills. PC proficiency required.
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Good manners, communicative and discreet.

Main functions:
- First point of contact at the reception for our clients
- Welcoming visitors
- Use of the telephone
- Performing administrative tasks
- Management of visitor parking and meeting rooms
- Handing over keys and badges
- Access control to the building
- Use of alarm systems
- First contact and hub function in case of emergency
Your profile:
- Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German
- Good PC skills
- High autonomy, work capacity and strong sense of responsibility
Neat appearance - Good manners, communicative but discreet
- Ideally able to schedule from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
