About the job

In an interdisciplinary team, you support the insurance supervision in the continuous development of its processes, systems, and workflows.

• Analysis and optimization of business processes to increase efficiency and quality
• Development of future-proof, automated workflows for digital transformation
• Identification of improvement potentials in core applications and implementation of measures
• Development of standards for master data maintenance and continuous improvement of data quality
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects and representation of the department in internal committees

• Completed (technical) university degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field with a focus on processes and digitalization
• 2–5 years of professional experience in process management, business analysis, or data management
• Very good knowledge of CRM systems and Excel as well as ideally experience with databases (MS SQL Server, T-SQL)
• Affinity for working at the interfaces between supervision, IT, and various specialist departments Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as pronounced social skills and ability to work in a team
• Very good German or French skills (C2), as well as very good knowledge of the other language (B2)
