Your tasks

Supporting client advisors for wealthy private clients throughout the entire service cycle
Preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
Preparation and follow-up of financing cases as well as accompanying advisory meetings
Supporting client advisors through administrative tasks in the areas of investments, pensions, taxes, and succession planning
Active and independent telephone, personal, and written customer contact
Receiving customer/client advisor/team orders and independently processing them with the highest quality

Your profile

Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education
High customer and service orientation as well as the ability to think in a networked way
Confident, courteous, and likeable appearance
Independent, efficient, precise, and reliable working style
Interest in additional tasks such as training apprentices
Very good German skills required, good English skills advantageous
