Team Leader Support Laundry 60 - 80%
We are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Tasks
- Superuser function for the ERP operating system TIKOS as well as support of the interfaces to Abacus
- Contact person for external customers
- Proper, independent execution of all processes in the laundry cycle
- Instruction and training of employees as well as staff with disabilities
- Support in logistical processes
- Co-responsibility for continuous improvement (Lean Management)
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, commercial middle school or training as a logistics specialist
- Ideally experience in laundry or logistics
- Good IT skills in Microsoft and willingness to operate and maintain our operating system TIKOS as a superuser
- Experience with people with disabilities is an advantage
- Precise and clean working method, as well as high quality and hygiene awareness
- High social and communication skills
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
