Polyclinic, emergencies, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward, with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. Surrounded by vineyards, with an incredible view of the mountains and the lake, the Morges Hospital welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting.

We are looking for a(n) for our various services within the Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte:

Future graduate nurse HESAV/La Source (F/M) at 100%

Start date at the end of 2025.

YOU POSSESS

• A HES Bachelor's degree in nursing (to come)
• A strong desire to learn and develop within an institution that promotes skill enhancement and internal mobility

• A good team spirit and the desire to evolve in an environment encouraging collegiality

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Systematically identify the needs and resources of the patient
• Develop care objectives with the patient, their relatives, the multidisciplinary team, based on the data collected and taking into account a global therapeutic project
• Work in interprofessionalism with the aim of providing quality care and respecting a holistic approach to the patient
