Your Tasks
- Coordinate guest requests in close cooperation with all hotel departments
- Support and manage the housekeeping guest hotline via our digital order system
- Coordinate room inventory and room status
- Coordinate and monitor all housekeeping maintenance matters
- Assist with uniform management and lingerie cost control
- Support in administrative quality management
- Duty scheduling
Your Profile
- Commercial, housekeeping, or hospitality basic training
- Professional experience in housekeeping
- Product knowledge, experience in caring for demanding materials
- Good PC skills
- Leadership and social competence
