What moves me
In this role, you ensure the reliable operation of our server-, virtualization-, and storage infrastructure and continuously develop it further. You work both in operational day-to-day business and in international IT projects and actively shape Baumer's IT landscape together with global teams.
- Operation and further development of the server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Administration of virtualization and storage systems
- Participation in infrastructure projects as well as in operational business
- Collaboration with international IT teams and partners
What it takes
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ and/or studies in the IT field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure
- Experience in server, virtualization, and storage environments
- Practical experience in an international IT environment (industry experience is an advantage)
- German (C2), English (C1/B2)
