In short
We're searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive recruitment for our global division, including Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Ops and Talent. In this role you will serve as a consultant, leader, and problem solver. You will be responsible for designing a talent acquisition strategy for Zurich, Berlin and London, advising business leaders on market trends and recruiting best practices, delivering on key diversity intentions and leading the Recruitment for key roles.
Your Mission
- Manage, coach and develop a talented team of recruiters, supporting corporate hiring strategies for On’s globally scoped roles
- Partner with hiring teams to build appropriate passive candidate sourcing, assessment and offer approaches to hire the best talent
- Act as a player / coach, balance team leadership with leading recruiting efforts and hiring critical roles
- Work closely and build strong relationships with a large group of senior leaders across our global functions to ensure a candidate centric experience, balancing efficiency with attracting diverse talent. You will act as their strategic thought partner to ensure we scale our operations.
- Proactively inform the business on the state of hiring, industry changes and trends, delivering data driven insights to leaders to shape the recruitment strategy
- Participate in special projects/ recruiting initiatives to evolve and deliver best practices for the TA function and a premium experience for the organization.
- Measuring the right KPIs that drive priority behaviors and results, you will represent talent acquisition progress through data driven storytelling
