Espace Couvaloup is a social work and activity center of the City of Morges that offers various activities throughout the year as well as neighborhood events for the entire public. We are looking, to support certain sociocultural activities proposed by the youth social work team, for a:
- animate social, cultural, or sports activities for young people aged 8 to 18 in the center, neighborhoods, and gym halls
- manage, supervise, and create connections with a group during activities including open reception
- encourage public participation.
We are looking for:
- experience in supervising adolescent youth
- energy, interpersonal skills, listening to the community, sociability, and initiative
- ability to collaborate with the social work team
- ability to consider the different cultural, social, and religious backgrounds of young people
- ongoing training in the field or willingness to train, an asset.
Conditions:
- Hours:
- Open reception: mandatory availability on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons every week
- School holidays (except winter): availability in the afternoons
- Possibility to participate in group supervisions as well as training sessions
- Salary: hourly remuneration according to the City of Morges salary scale.
- Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed upon
