With your expertise and creativity, you will add value to our educational institution and our diverse target groups as a photo and video production specialist.

Start date: immediately

You plan and create high-quality videos and images for various communication channels. You are not only active behind the camera but also confidently appear in front of the camera to produce authentic content. You know how to integrate visual effects and animations into your projects and ensure the technical quality and consistency of the produced content while considering CI/CD guidelines. Your work on social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram is targeted and innovative. You coordinate content projects from planning to publication and always bring creative and audience-oriented ideas. You always keep the benefit for our users and added value for the institution in mind. You follow current trends and developments in photography, videography, and social media and actively participate in the professional dialogue within the creative community.

Your tasks

• Content production: Planning and creating high-quality videos, images, banners, posters, flyers, and institutional documents for various communication channels.
• Videography and motion graphics: Creating and producing audiovisual content: videos (script, shooting, editing) as well as creating and integrating animations and other visual effects.
• Photography: Conducting photoshoots for portraits, premises, and events.
• Social media: Planning and implementing content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Willingness to appear in front of the camera and produce authentic content.
• Creative design: Developing appealing and target group-oriented visualizations.
• Use of professional software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite software: Photoshop (FireFly), Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects as well as DaVinci Resolve and Canva.
• Project management: Coordinating and implementing content projects from planning to publication.
• Technical quality assurance: Ensuring the technical quality and consistency of the produced content, considering corporate design (CD) and corporate identity (CI) guidelines.

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in mediamatics, media design, film, video production, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in creating and editing videos and photos.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) and DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Creativity and a good eye for visual details.
• Experience in creating and integrating visual effects and animations.
• Independent and structured working style as well as teamwork skills.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new technologies and tasks.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work for shoots outside regular working hours, occasionally also on weekends (compensated).
• Good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage.
