Your Team
The Corporate Functions division groups the non-banking activities of the Group and has more than 600 employees. Managed by specialists who have a thorough knowledge of all business lines, the central functions are divided into various departments: Communication, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax.
As part of your master’s work and thesis writing, you will actively participate in the various activities of the Group Information Security department.
Your Role
• Analyze how to manage and leverage agentic AI within a company in relation to digital identity and access management (IAM).
• Contribute to the analysis of risks related to information security.
• Support information security and data management projects.
• Propose and develop controls by integrating artificial intelligence when relevant, in relation to digital identity management (e.g., anomaly detection, identification of toxic rights combinations).
• Develop monitoring dashboards related to identity management.
Your Profile
• Master’s student in a field related to computer science, information security, or artificial intelligence.
• Strong interest in genAI (MCP protocol, creation of conversational AI agents, deployment of controls, prompt engineering), as well as identity and access management (IAM).
• Experience and knowledge related to the creation, management, orchestration, and supervision of AI agents and multi-agent architectures.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming/scripting/SQL.
• Good knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud environments, as well as information security tools and challenges.
• Proficiency in common IT tools (Office), as well as good knowledge of main IT technologies.
• Analytical mindset, ability to assess risks, and organizational skills.
• Stress resistance, rigor, and discretion.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English. Any other language is a plus.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
