As Medical Holistic Manager / Head of Division, you will be responsible for the operational management of this area. You create clear structures, efficient processes and a quality of service that translates medical excellence to resort level. You think in business terms, act in a guest-oriented manner and lead your team with clarity and vision.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for all administrative and operational processes in the Medical Holistic area
- Organization and control of medical guest management - from arrival to aftercare
- Budget planning and responsibility
- Complaints management
- Analysis and optimization of internal processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Interface between guests, medicine, your team and management
- Staff management including deployment and duty planning
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements in the medical spa
- Responsibility for inventories, ordering processes and resource management
- Helping to shape and develop the department
