As part of the upcoming opening of our radiology center within the General Clinic Ste-Anne, scheduled for July 2026, we are looking for an administrative collaborator to create a new team.

Job Description

A true interface between patients, doctors, and radiology technologists, you will play a central role in the smooth operation of the center. Your main responsibilities will include:

• physical and telephone reception of patients at the radiology center;
• management of admission administrative procedures;
• close coordination with the billing department;
• collaboration and communication with prescribing medical offices;

Qualifications

• Commercial training, medical secretariat, or equivalent training;
• Experience in a medical or hospital environment (an asset);
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
• Good interpersonal skills, sense of hospitality, and patient orientation;
• Rigor, autonomy, and team spirit;
• Good command of common computer tools;
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German
