This is the task
- Responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Processing and control of payment runs
- Carrying out monthly balance and bank reconciliations
- Preparation of VAT and withholding tax returns
- Participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Support in analyses and evaluations in finance
- Deputizing for team members and the financial accounting department head during their absence
What we expect
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in finance (at least at clerk level)
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an industrial environment
- Solid SAP-FI knowledge (FI-AA/IM advantageous)
- High IT affinity, confident handling of MS Office as well as good understanding of IT-supported processes
- Professional, confident and friendly appearance as well as independent and responsible working style
- Strong team skills and absolute discretion in handling confidential data
- Analytical thinking combined with critical and assertive ability
- Openness to new procedures and willingness to constructively question existing processes
