Your mission

• You take overall technical responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform for national and international projects and are the central technical contact person alongside the project manager
• You define the target image, scope, priorities, and the technical-functional solution architecture together with the specialist department and project management
• You lead the required teams/streams (e.g., D365, Power Apps/Automate, Integration, Data, Security, Testing, Operations) and manage them technically
• You make technical architecture decisions, document them comprehensibly (e.g., ADR), and manage trade-offs
• You ensure quality, performance, and stability (test strategy, reviews, risk/issue management) and document architecture decisions
• In tenders, you take overall technical responsibility for developing customer-specific solutions and preparing offer documents and presentations
• You provide strategic consulting for the introduction of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, under customer-specific requirements
• You drive the further development of our end-to-end service portfolio, i.e., from the conception of offerings/services, through sales topics to ensuring the appropriate delivery model, you take responsibility

Your skillset

• You have solid multi-year architecture and implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (customizing, data model, security/roles, extensions)
• You master the Power Platform end-to-end: Power Apps (model-driven/canvas), Power Automate, Dataverse as well as solution/environment strategies
• You bring strong integration competence (APIs, Dataverse/Webhooks, Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps/Service Bus/API Management – depending on target architecture)
• You are strong in technical leadership and stakeholder management (moderating workshops, managing teams, representing architecture decisions)
• You communicate very confidently in German and English and deliver reliable architecture and project documentation (blueprints, ADRs, operational/transfer documents)
• Quality-conscious, independent, and goal-oriented working style, with a high degree of initiative and commitment
