NeoVac – Making energy smarter
These are your tasks
- You are responsible for creating energy bills from network and PV electricity to the users in multi-family houses and commercial properties throughout Switzerland
- You handle the debt collection process in your own area of responsibility from the advance invoice to the annual invoice
- You manage accounts receivable and dunning
- You also manage payment transactions regarding electricity costs (accounts payable)
- You support the team in preparing consumption-based energy and ancillary cost statements
- You perform general administrative tasks and support the department head
This is what you bring with you
- You have completed commercial training or technical training with commercial further education or several years of office experience
- You have experience in accounting
- Professional experience in debt collection is an advantage
- You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good French and/or Italian skills are warmly welcome
- Good understanding of IT processes
- High communication and teamwork skills characterize you
- Polished manners, reliability, and precise working methods complete your profile
