For the HR department, we are looking for a
HR Assistant 80%
at the Bühl Foundation starting summer/autumn 2026 or by arrangement.
As an HR Assistant at the Bühl Foundation, you will share responsibility for the efficient and smooth handling of all personnel administration processes. In close cooperation with the HR team, you ensure that all administrative tasks in the personnel area are completed correctly and promptly. You are also responsible for the civil service workers and the key management of our approximately 300 employees.
Your tasks
- Personnel administration from entry to exit including accident reports
- Responsibility for archiving and digitizing personnel files
- Assistance with recruitment and conducting interviews
- Optimization and assistance with HR processes and introduction of new HR systems
- Assistance with monthly payroll processing
- Responsibility for the civil service workers
- Monitoring and managing key administration.
Your qualifications
- Training in the commercial field or equivalent education
- Further training as an HR Assistant or equivalent further education
- Professional experience in Human Resources (advantageous in a socially oriented company)
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with Abacus
- High communication skills, flexibility, and a strong sense for the needs of employees
- Humor and enjoyment in working in an uncomplicated team
