In this versatile role in the internal sales department of FE Marketing, you become the central hub in the scrap trade of the Thommen Group. You keep the threads together between customers, locations, and internal teams, ensure smooth processes, and bring your strengths in numbers, organization, and communication to bear every day. • Creating invoices and credit notes in the company’s ERP system
• Supporting national and international customers
• Assisting FE Marketing in daily business
• Processing inquiries and preparing offers
• Coordinating price and contract negotiations
• Accepting and processing orders
• Coordinating with locations, logistics, and internal departments
• Maintaining master data, forecasts, and reports
• Following up on offers, orders, and market developments
• Handling complaints and resolving discrepancies
• Participating in projects of the Thommen Group

• Commercial basic training
• Professional experience in the commercial field
• Very good IT and MS Office skills
• Analytical thinking and technical understanding
• Communication and teamwork skills
• High affinity for numbers and structured working style
• Organizational strength, reliability, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Motivation for further development and interest in recycling/raw materials
• Very good German skills; Italian and/or English skills are a plus
