- Creating invoices and credit notes in the company’s ERP system
- Supporting national and international customers
- Assisting FE Marketing in daily business
- Processing inquiries and preparing offers
- Coordinating price and contract negotiations
- Accepting and processing orders
- Coordinating with locations, logistics, and internal departments
- Maintaining master data, forecasts, and reports
- Following up on offers, orders, and market developments
- Handling complaints and resolving discrepancies
- Participating in projects of the Thommen Group
- Commercial basic training
- Professional experience in the commercial field
- Very good IT and MS Office skills
- Analytical thinking and technical understanding
- Communication and teamwork skills
- High affinity for numbers and structured working style
- Organizational strength, reliability, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Motivation for further development and interest in recycling/raw materials
- Very good German skills; Italian and/or English skills are a plus
