• Administrative tasks in daily operations and support of management
• Gastronomic responsibility and planning for all events including offers, briefing, and implementation
• Contact person for customers, offers, billing, and post-calculation
• Coordination and active participation in daily business

• Basic gastronomic training with at least 4 years of professional experience
• Host personality with very good knowledge in selling gastronomic services and customer care
• Conceptual/networked thinking and accustomed handling of interfaces on the site
• Proven experience in banquets/events and first experience in staff management
• German as a native language or at least level C1 and good English skills
