The WISS Schools for Business, Computer Science, and Real Estate have been supporting people on their educational journey for over 40 years – personally, professionally, and future-oriented.To strengthen our educational consulting team in Zurich, we are looking for an empathetic, communicative, and committed personality with drive, heart, and structure starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement. Someone who inspires, excites, and genuinely supports people with real advice.
Your main tasks
You conduct counseling sessions – in person, by phone, or digitally – and accompany interested parties until registration.
You plan and moderate information events with sensitivity to people and topics.
You initiate impulses in sales and customer retention activities and bring in new ideas.
You confidently perform administrative tasks and diligently maintain our school administration database.
You drive projects forward and actively shape the further development of our consulting and the continuous progress of WISS.
What you bring
Several years of experience in consulting, sales, or a service-oriented environment.
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are a plus.
Enjoyment of dialogue, talent for communication, and genuine interest in the people you advise.
An educational background in commercial or business administration.
You are familiar with the Swiss education landscape – personally or professionally.
Experienced use of digital tools (Office 365) and openness to using new technologies in AI, CRM, and other collaborative systems.
With structure, reliability, and initiative, you actively contribute – in an environment that not only allows but encourages openness, proactive thinking, and the courage to take new paths.
