The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

Creating perspectives, shaping the future. Shape your professional future with us. As a job coach, you accompany people on their path into the working world and enable adolescents and young adults to successfully start their basic education.
HOW?
Work integration
- You independently conduct case management for people with psychological or neurological impairments throughout the entire reintegration process – from assessment through job search to follow-up care.
- You take on specialized clarifications, development and work training, work trials, as well as measures to maintain employment on behalf of the SVA.
- You support people through coaching, status assessments, and create resource-oriented support plans.
- You work closely with employers, social insurance agencies, therapists, doctors, and other partners.
- You carefully document your work, prepare reports for the responsible authorities, and handle administrative tasks.
Initial training
- You accompany adolescents and young adults with support needs on their path into vocational basic education and throughout the entire training period.
- You support the youth in career choice, trial apprenticeships, application processes, and entry into internal and external training companies.
- You maintain close communication with trainers, schools, parents, and referring agencies.
- You continuously support the training through learning assistance, competence development, and promotion of social integration.
- You strengthen independence, motivation, and stability in the daily lives of adolescents and young adults.
Cross-departmental tasks:
- You work closely with an interdisciplinary team from social pedagogy, occupational therapy, psychology, and medicine and actively contribute to holistic support.
- You bring in your ideas and contribute to the further development of our offerings in work integration and initial training.
The predominant areas of responsibility in your daily work depend on your professional profile and skills.
WHY YOU?
- Because you have completed training in the psychological, social, medical, or therapeutic field (e.g., occupational therapy, social pedagogy, psychology, etc.).
- Because you have preferably completed further training as a (job) coach.
- Because you have proven experience in solution-oriented coaching of people in challenging life situations or with multiple problems.
- Because you already have experience in case management and collaboration with the SVA.
- Because you know the labor market and its challenges.
- Because you have good negotiation skills, enjoy acquisition, and are well networked.
- Because you convince with quick comprehension, resilience, flexibility, as well as humor and empathy.
- Because you have very good communication skills and enjoy administrative tasks.
- Because you hold a valid category B driving license.
