To support our kitchen team, we are looking for you from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement as
Specialist Responsible for Production and Catering / Sous Chef 100%
The following tasks are part of your area of responsibility
- Coordination of food production and preparation in the various areas including special dishes such as diet forms, diets, and allergies
- Responsible for quality control and assurance
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and coordination of events in the kitchen area
- Responsibility for the development and training of employees
- Co-design of the weekly menu planning
What you bring with you
- Cook EFZ and completed further training e.g. diploma as a cook in social institutions
- Trainer
- Professional experience (min. 3-4 years) in a similar function
- Joy in the craft of cooking and creativity
- Enthusiasm for innovations and fun in exploring new paths
- Good manners and understanding of the working environment in a senior and nursing home
