To strengthen our team in the Supermarket sector, we are looking from 01.02.2026, for a permanent position, at the Vevey site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as Assistant Sector Manager, 100%.

Your responsibilities
- You are present at the point of sale and actively support the employees.
- You are responsible for the following departments: fruits and vegetables, delicatessen and cheese, meat and poultry, fish.
- You create an attractive and innovative market atmosphere while ensuring the consistent implementation of our product concepts.
- You successfully implement the offers and actions of the Manor Food flyer.
- You ensure the smooth running of operations at the point of sale and strictly apply quality and hygiene guidelines in the supermarket.
- You replace the supermarket manager in their absence and are therefore co-responsible for the management, promotion, and development of the Food supermarket employees.
- You analyze relevant key figures and deduce concrete improvement measures.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail trade in the food and beverage sector.
- Ideally, you have already gained some leadership experience.
- You have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity and are passionate about the entire Food sector.
- You have a structured, thoughtful, and autonomous working method.
- You convince with your positive attitude towards work, and you know how to convey this to your team and motivate them sustainably.
- You have a keen sense of organization and improvisation and enjoy taking on challenges.
- You have a targeted, meticulous, and customer-oriented working style.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
