- Ensure maintenance tasks to guarantee perfect cleanliness within the College and Pavilion, including: classrooms, special rooms, sanitary facilities, toilets, changing rooms, showers, teachers' room, dining areas, gym rooms, stands, medical rooms, infirmary, halls, corridors, stairwells, offices, library, storage rooms, building access and playgrounds
- Communicate any observed defects or repairs of equipment to be planned
- Manage the opening and closing of doors, according to a schedule organized by the Complex Manager
- Participate in the organization of various school events, during the day and in the evening
- Participate in snow removal of access areas
- Supervise students daily
- Participate in furniture moves
- Prepare final exam rooms
- Sort and dispose of waste
- Receive deliveries of goods and school materials
- Ensure maintenance of cleaning equipment and machines Job profile:
- CFC Operations Agent
- Several years of confirmed experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Team spirit and ability to work independently with rigor and efficiency
- Very good interpersonal skills, especially with teenagers, teachers, colleagues, and hierarchy
- Availability, flexibility, proactivity, sense of priorities, and diplomacy
- Integrity, initiative, professional conscience, ability to make proposals
- Perfect command of French
- Holder of a driving license (category B), a boom lift license (PAL-IPAF card) is an asset
- Clean criminal record
