Site Manager Cleaning Services Fehraltdorf (m|f) 40-50 %

For a demanding cleaning site, we are looking for a responsible individual as site manager. In this role, you will take on the operational leadership of a team of 8 employees as well as actively participate in cleaning on site.

Your Responsibilities

Leadership and deployment planning of a team of 8 employees
Daily participation in cleaning (a fixed part of your duties)
Ensuring cleaning quality through systematic controls and their documentation
Communication with the client and contact person for operational concerns
Monitoring electronic time tracking
Ordering and managing consumables
Working days: Monday – Friday
Working hours: 18:00 – 21:00

Your Qualifications and Skills

Experience in a comparable role in building cleaning
Expertise in maintenance cleaning
Good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
Organizational talent, leadership strength, and solution-oriented approach
